Traumas (both big and not-so-obvious) can have an enormous influence on how we access safety in the world, in relationship, in community, and especially how we find safety in our own bodies.
In this interactive class we will explore:
- the roots and neurology of trauma—what happens in the brain during trauma and why
- some invaluable somatic practices and tools for grounding trauma
- little known flower essences for working with trauma, as well as some useful herbal allies
This class is suitable for everyone who wants to learn more about working integratively with trauma: practitioners and curious individuals alike!
